By using DLG.com, You unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions that We have provided herein for use of this Website. USER AGREEMENT
The following are the terms of a legal agreement between you and DLG that set forth the conditions for your use of this web site or its mobile application and all content they contain and provide. DLG.com (including DLG logo), and all related logos are trademarks or service marks of DLG. We reserve all of our rights in the graphic image and text, any other images, our trade names and trademarks, and all other international intellectual property rights. You agree to follow our Trademark Guidelines, as those guidelines may change from time to time. We may revoke your license at anytime by giving you written notice.
You may not use, copy, display, distribute, modify or reproduce any of the trademarks found on the Site unless in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, as is intended through the normal functionality of the Site, or without prior written authorization by us. All such uses will be treated as infringement of the laws on trademarks which will attract penal consequences on You.
SAFETY
We do our best to keep DLG.com safe in all manners, but we cannot guarantee it as a matter of enforceable right to You. Anyway we need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:

You will not gather user’s content or information, or otherwise access DLG, using any automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
You will not upload any viruses or other malicious code.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else without lawful permission.
In the DLG Site, You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
You will not do anything that could hinder, disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of DLG, such as a denial of service attack.
You will not facilitate or encourage anybody in violations of this Statement.
